Niftylift appoints IPS France

UK based aerial lift manufacturer Niftylift has appointed IPS France to provide parts and service for its complete range of products throughout France.

Following completion of its factory-based training next week, IPS France will provide sales of spare parts, warranty repair, technical advice and general support through its nationwide network of 56 mobile service engineers.

IPS France already supplies spare parts and product support to many of Niftylift’s customers in the French rental market. As part of the IAPS Group, IPS France will work with the organisation’s headquarters in the UK, with its Telford warehouse supporting a strategic stock of spare parts in Abzac, Gironde.

Managing director of IPS France Frédéric Allier with John Keely of Niftylift

Niftylift managing director John Keely said: “We are really looking forward to this new relationship which will enhance our service throughout France. Customers will benefit from a highly efficient service, including next day delivery on common parts and a very fast response from a nationwide network of mobile engineers co-ordinated by the IPS team in Abzac. The fact that IPS is already supporting the major rental companies with parts should ensure this is a seamless transition for our customers.”

Frédéric Allier, director of IPS France, added: “The Niftylift range of towable and self-propelled booms are highly regarded for their performance, innovation and excellent design. We already share many rental customers in France, so this partnership will provide them with a more streamlined and efficient service.”

The partnership with Niftylift follows the company’s recent appointment as the spare parts and service partner for the Youngman BoSS X-Series low level access platforms in France, see: IPS France appointed for Youngman Boss X-Series.
