Palfinger goes direct in Austria

Palfinger Platforms has reorganised the distribution and support for its aerial platforms in Austria.

The company will continue to use the multiple mobile service engineers it already has throughout Austria, but is also planning to open a new service operation in Vienna, which will be run by René Kreuz. At the same time Karl Graf will be responsible for the majority of sales in the country, while Michael Heer will continue to oversee sales in Vorarlberg and Tyrol, western Austria.

The company has also increased the resources of the German service branches in Ainring which is just across the border from Salzburg and in Merklingen, near Ulm, in order to provide increased coverage in the country.
