Three Ruthmanns for Skyworker

Swiss rental company WS-Skyworker has taken delivery of a 54 metre Ruthmann T540 and two 46 metre T460 truck mounted lifts from the company’s distributor HUBItec.

The T460 and T540 are the first two models of Ruthmann’s recently completed Height Performance range which has sold a total of 65 models since its introduction in 2012. The company has also said that it intends to add the T380 and T630 to the product line before the end of the year.

WS-Skyworker general manager Martin Vögtli said: “In Switzerland, there is an ever-growing demand for truck-mounted work platforms in the 40 to 70 metre working height range as they are needed for a great variety of maintenance jobs. These models have features not found on any other truck-mounted work platform – the long upper boom, for example, gives us and our customers a decisive advantage.”

As part of the Sky Group based in Basil WS-Skyworker has a fleet of over 500 machines throughout Switzerland. As well as offering truck mounted lifts the company also provides boom and scissor lifts, mast booms and telehandlers.
