To the moon and back

Ian’s Trust, a charity set up by John Cusack, owner of Irish access rental company Blulift, and his wife Oorla, has organised a fundraising event to help raise funds for the families of children with acquired brain injuries.

The ‘To the Moon and Back’ fundraising event, which takes place in Kilkee, Ireland this Saturday - 10th August, includes 120km and 55km cycle routes and a 10km route for participants to either run, jog or walk. Entry to the cycle event is €25 while the run and walk costs €20 to register.

The event in the memory of John Cusack's son Ian 'Bean' Cusack


The Ian’s Trust registered charity was established in the memory of Ian ‘Bean’ Cusack who passed away on the 17th August 2012, aged nine, after suffering a very severe brain injury following a road traffic accident on the 25th September 2008.
