Scissor crushing incident

A man working for an air conditioning contractor died in a fatal crushing incident with a scissor lift in Phoenix, Arizona on Wednesday.

According to the police and fire service the man was working inside the refrigerator section at Gregory Packaging when his clothing became tangled in the controls causing the lift to raise and crush him against an overhead obstacle.
