Genie appoints five telehandler dealers

Genie has appointed four new German and an Austrian telehandler distributor at its dealer meeting in Delmenhorst, Germany.

In Germany, AZ Baugerätehandel will cover the Ruhrgebiet and Rheinland areas, Baumaschinen Service International (BSI) will look after the Ruhrgebiet /Münsterland market, KLP-Baumaschinen the Franken region, and Rühle covering northern Baden-Wurttemberg.

The whole Austrian market will be covered by Pfitscher Staplertechnik, based in Tulfes, near Innsbruck.

Bernhard Kahn, Genie sales director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, said: “By building a nationwide dealer network, we move close to our local customers, who benefit from the local availability of machines, supply of spare parts and service support of our professional partners.”
