Link-Belt appoints product specialists
Link-Belt cranes has appointed new product marketing specialists for its Rough Terrain and crawler cranes.
Brian Elkins will support all Rough Terrain crane products working with both customers and Link-Belt personnel, while Andrew Soper will support lattice and telescopic crawler cranes, coordinating with Link-Belt staff and end-users of Link-Belt crawler crane products.
Elkins joined Link-Belt in 2011 as a cost accountant, he had previously worked as an accountant for Complete Home Solutions and ATM Services.
“Brian’s experience will benefit him as a marketing specialist; he will be an important piece of our future growth,” said Brian Smoot, product manager, Rough Terrain cranes.

Soper is new to Link-Belt but has several years’ experience in the heavy haulage and crane rental industry.

“Andrew already has a strong understanding of the heavy equipment industry, his involvement with Link-Belt’s lattice and tele-crawler product line will be key as we continue to grow our footprint,” added Scott Knight, product manager, lattice and telescopic crawler cranes.
