New President for TADANO FAUN GmbH

Tadano has appointed Shinichi Iimura (42) as the new president of its German subsidiary Tadano Faun GmbH. Iimura takes over control of the marketing and service operation as of May 1st and is expected to bring a radically different style to that of his predescessor Minoru Sakuta. Sakuta is returning to headquarters in Tokyo where he will run Tadano’s international business as general manager.

Shinichi Iimura joined Tadano in 1983 and has around 20 years of experience in the crane industry. This has included running Tadano’s marketing operations in territories such as Russia, Africa and South and Central America. One of his most recent appointments was as marketing representative in Singapore.
