40 service vans for AFI

UK rental company AFI has taken delivery of 40 new service engineer vans, taking its fleet up to 53 vans.

The new Citroen Berlingo and Dispatch vans have been fitted with a pre-installed racking system and feature AFI’s new style of vinyl wrap livery. They have also been fitted with a telemetry system, enabling AFI to monitor vehicle and driver performance as well as ensuring that vehicles are driven economically and within speed limits.

AFI director Nick Higgins, said: “The vans are a mix of Citroen Berlingo and Dispatch vans. We looked at several other manufacturers’ vans before again deciding to award the contract to Citroen because their Berlingo and Dispatch vans offer the right mix of performance, fuel efficiency, capacity and driver comfort.”
