Platform Basket for Ringsted

Danish access rental company Rinsted Lift has purchased two Platform Basket spider lifts, including a 33 metre model.

The two new machines, a 33 metre Spider 33.15 and 18 metre Spider 18.90 Pro have been painted in Ringsted’s yellow and orange livery and join a growing spider lift fleet at the company which is based in central Zealand. However the two units are the first Platform Baskets in the fleet which also comprises Teupen Leos up to 23 metres, several Omme Lifts topped by the 37 metre 3700.

Ringsted Lift's new Platform Basket spider lifts

The Platform Basket 33.15 is now selling well in the region with a further four units already working in Norway and Sweden. The unit, unveiled as a prototype at Bauma 2013 features a four section telescopic riser/lower boom and a three section telescopic top boom. Outreach is just over 15 metres, while up and over reach is 17 metres.

Ringsted Lift operates a full line of powered access including Niftylift and JLG sellf-propelled boom lifts, Genie scissors and Terex telehandlers.
