Used JLGs on line

JLG has launched an on line used equipment service, initially for the North American market – JLGUsed.com

The site will include other brands of second hand aerial lifts and telehandlers in addition its own products. In addition to regular used JLGs the site will include units that have been through the company's recondition and rebuild centres. JLG brand products will also be certified as to condition and state, with warranties of up to three years included.

Payment options include credit cards and bank transfers for those with the cash, while finance packages are also said to be available online. The facility will also allow the buyer to set up, organise and pay for the shipping of the machine.

Jonathan Dawley, vice president of global aftermarket said: “JLGUsed.com is not just a listing of pre-owned equipment for sale. You will be able to complete the entire transaction—from browsing to buying—online. It is also the only place customers can buy JLG-certified used equipment or JLG factory-reconditioned machines. Best of all, it’s used equipment from a name you know and trust.”
