Star 10s for Quick Reach

UK access and telehandler rental company Quick Reach has placed a substantial order with Haulotte, as part of its massive fleet expansion programme.

The first units to arrive were five of Haulotte’s new Star10 mast booms, the balance of the order will be shipped to the company’s base in Eccles over the next few months. Quick Reach was established by the Barton Brothers – John and David and John Barnes last year with the support of Nat West bank. Its fleet includes, Skyjack, Genie, Niftylift and MEC and the company already operates the previous Haulotte Star 10 mast booms. It joined the Access Link earlier this year.

Quick’s area manager, Ste Whitfield said: “We have given very careful consideration to choosing our preferred suppliers, adding the best equipment with the best profile for our business and our customers.”

Haulotte UK account manager Ged Kelly added: “Quick Reach is a new entrant to the access industry and has expanded its fleet rapidly throughout 2014/15 - We are delighted to have the opportunity to supply our brand new Star10 to them. The company has gone from strength to strength in the first year of trading and we are looking forward to developing our relationship further”.
