New UK headquarters for Wacker

German light equipment and telehandler manufacturer Wacker Neuson has announced plans to expand its UK operation with the construction of a new sales headquarters in Stafford.

Located on a 3.8 acre site at the Beacon Business Park – where the company is currently based – the new 14,000 square metre facility will house offices, warehouse, a parts store, a workshop and training facilities. Scheduled for completion next summer, the company said the planned expansion is due to increasing sales volumes in the UK.

Richard Harrison, managing director of Wacker Neuson UK said: “Expanding on Beacon Business Park in Stafford is a natural move for us. This has proved to be an ideal location with great staff and excellent access to all the key distribution routes. The onsite management team on the business park really look after us and have worked hard with their design team to help us bring this project to fruition.”
