Schueller said: "Bronto is a strong, healthy company. We have invested heavily in recent years to improve our products and manufacturing processes. We continue to increase our profitability and our flexibility in manufacturing. This can result in adjustments in personnel or working hours. The Finnish media has recently reported that we plan to reduce our headcount in Pori, where we employ 140 people. Negotiations are underway and could lead to a reduction of around 10 people."
