Ruthmann unveils T360

Ruthmann will launch the new 36 metre "Steiger" T360 telescopic truck mounted lift at Platformers Days in Germany later today.

The new lift has been designed for a 15 tonnes GVW chassis and to remain competitive “with Bronto and Palfinger offerings in this range for years come".

The company claims to have some ground breaking technology hidden in its boom design, all we know at this stage is that it is a substantial five section boom with decent length articulated jib that has arrange of articulation of 185 degrees, and that it will offer up to 31 metres of outreach with a reduced 100kg platform capacity, while maximum capacity is 350kg. Another new feature is the readout and controls in the platform which Ruthmann refers to as the cockpit.

he overall length of the lift is 9.47 metres with an overall height of 3.77 metres. The company claims to come well within the weight leaving a healthy 600kg for drivers, tools and equipment etc… More details after the show opens.
