US Markets opens third rebuild centre

Wholesale rental company US Markets has expanded its repair and reconditioning operations, with the opening of a new Restoration facility in Cleburne, Texas. It joins two other USM Restoration locations in Gallatin, Tennessee, and Port St. Lucie, Florida.

The new facility offers reconditioning of booms, scissor lifts, telescopic handlers, and carry deck cranes, as well as heavy repairs. All rebuilds come with a Certificate of Reconditioning and include a standard warranty.

A reconditioned SkyTrak

The 4,700 square metre/ 50,000sq. ft. facility is located on a 14 acre plot and was designed using 5S workplace organisational methods for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes. It features a large semi down draft paint booth, which provides for the efficient painting of larger equipment or longer booms without the need to turn the machine around.

Mike Ferguson of US Markets said: “The current facility only encompasses one-eighth of the entire under roof space available at the industrial complex. We are positioned for growth and have the capability of adding more service bays, use parts sales and distribution, and other services.”
