Secondary guarding seminar

An online seminar covering secondary guarding and crushing risks with aerial work platforms will be presented by Brian Parker of AFI on September 29th at 10:30am.

Parker has a great deal of experience and a solid reputation with health and safety issues within in the powered access industry, he has been a senior IPAF training instructor for 11 years, and is a past chairman of the IPAF training committee and current member of the committee, as well as being an active member of the UK's Strategic Forum Plant Safety Group.

Brian Parker

The presentation will review the risks of a crushing incident while working with an aerial work platform together with the range of different products or developments available to help mitigate those risks. He will also explain how to select the most appropriate type of secondary guarding for specific applications and answer questions from participants.
