New manager for Power Climber

Suspended platform hoist manufacturer Power Climber has appointed Colby Hubler as sales manager for the Americas.

In his new role, he will be responsible for managing Power Climber’s sale network and developing relationships with equipment dealers throughout the region.

Hubler joined SafeWorks in 2012 as key account manager for its Power Climber Wind division, managing the company’s access products for turbines and looking after select wind energy customers in North America. In February he was promoted to sales manager for the Wind energy division, and will retain his responsibilities in this area.

Colby Hubler

Hubler sits on the board of the Scaffold and Access Industry Association (SAIA) and serves as its Secretary.

Scott Farrell, chief executive of Power Climber parent SafeWorks said: “Colby has proven to be an effective leader in our wind segment. We are confident he will leverage his experience and industry expertise as he assumes expanded responsibilities within Power Climber’s business.”
Hubler replaces Mike Russell who has assumed a new role as market development director with SafeWorks.
