CTE moves product support

CTE has announced that it has placed its After Sales support department under the control of its sales director. The move follows the recent appointment of Marco Govoni as sales director.

The company says that the move is intended to ensure that the company lives up to its promise to "make work easier", in other words make the company easier to deal with. The after sales group is responsible for service, spare parts and training. As part of its move the company added names and photos of the product support team members to its website.
