Advanced expands delivery fleet

UK based Advanced Access has taken delivery of a new 26 tonne Daf delivery truck with the latest Shaw track body.

Cover the Greater London market the new vehicle is fully Cross Rail and FORS compliant, meeting the latest recommendations and requirements from Transport For London regarding the protection and awareness of cyclists and other vulnerable road users.

The move is part of Advanced Access’ ongoing expansion programme, which saw the company add three other 26 tonne trucks and other smaller vehicles last November, as part of a premium same day delivery option for London.

The latest new truck to join the Advanced Access transport fleet

Operations manager Matt Woolman said: “We are adding all of the latest equipment required to protect the safety of other road users and thought we would invest in this state of the art truck which will add to the safety of cyclists, pedestrians, other vehicles, Advanced Access and the driver”.
