New COO for Alimak

Mast climber and hoist specialist Alimak Group has promoted its chief financial officer Stefan Rinaldo, 53, to the new post of chief operational officer effective today.

In his new role he will be responsible for Mergers & Acquisition integration, Legal & Contracts functions, Information Technology, Compliance and Risk Management, and projects.

Stefan Rinaldo has been promoted to chief operational officer effective today

The company says that the appointment is aimed at strengthening the Alimak management team, and that the function will be instrumental in supporting its growth plans.

Rinaldo joined Alimak in 2007 and has been chief financial officer since 2012. He will continue to carry out the duties of this role along with his new job, until a replacement is recruited and on board.
