First 20m Magni for Germany

German rental company Bayernlift has taken delivery of the first 20 metre Magni TH6.20 telehandler in Germany.

Purchased through Magni Deutschland the fixed frame TH6.20 has a maximum capacity of six tonnes, and is equipped with all of the safety systems installed in the Magni 360 degree telehandlers. These include the dynamic load chart, attachment recognition and touch screen display making it an easy machine to use as a crane, aerial work platform or forklift.

Air conditioning, pressurised cab and remote controls are also all standard equipment, as is a patented chassis movement system, with three functions: - frame levelling, chassis dampening and a 1.5 metres of sideshift, eliminating the need for a separate sideshift fork carriage.

Joint managing director Carola Schübel said: “Since we already have two rotating Magni RTH.5.30 in our rental fleet the choice was an obvious one.”

Harald Katheder, her co-managing director added: “We decided for the Magni TH 6.20 because of its impressive six tonne lifting capacity, the impressive lifting height of 20 metres and most important the integrated chassis movement system, which gives the operator the flexibility to move a load 1.5 metres left or right at full reach without the need of any attachments.”
