The platform after the shocked man was rescued

A week earlier to the day, a tree trimmer working on palm trees, for Darryl Hamilton Tree Service was having difficulty with his safety harness and unhooked it from the ladder, which then twisted causing the man, 57, to fall to his death.
Ormond Beach is just north of Daytona Beach on Florida’s east coast.
