Manitou in share buy back

Manitou has agreed to purchase 2.8 percent of its total equity from Toyota for almost €15 million.

The deal for 1,120,000 Manitou shares at a negotiated price of €13.38 a share, was conducted on a willing buyer-willing seller basis, and part of the agreement the two companies made in 2012, when they confirmed that they would be ending their industrial fork truck co-operation which finally ceased in 2014.
