Ruthmann for Wemo-Tec

German access rental company Wemo-Tec has taken delivery of a 27 metre Ruthmann TB 270+ telescopic truck mounted platform.

The machine was delivered to Wemo-Tec's base in Eichenzelle, Hesse. In addition to 27 metres of working height, the TB 270+ has a working outreach of 16.4 metres with a reduced platform capacity of 100kg. The maximum capacity for the TB 270+ is 230kg.

Ralf Gärtner of Wemo Tec said: "With our new boom trucks we want to appeal to younger customers who only have a B licence. We will have to move with the times - and this includes providing machines that allows holders of a car licence to independently collect and use such platforms, without having to rely on a truck driver to help".
