Two more Ruthmanns for Elev8

UK rental company Elev8 Access Platforms has taken delivery of two 72 metre Ruthmann T720 truck mounted platforms.

Mounted on a four axle 32 tonne chassis, the T720 features a five section main boom and a three section top boom/jib, platform capacity is 600kg, which is reduced to 100kg to achieve the maximum outreach of 38 metres. With an up and over height of 40 metres it has an outreach of 31 metres, and it is able to work up to 12 metres below ground level.

Elev8 managing director Jason Machin said: "We love the reliability and intuitive operation of Ruthmann lifts."

The two new truck mounted lifts join a fleet that already includes three Ruthmann lifts, a 38 metre T380, a 46 metre T460 and another T720.
