Tree trimming fatality

A man was bounced out of a platform earlier this week in Ashdown, Arkansas while trimming trees.

Local tree care and landscaper Tommy Green, 68, was around 15 metres or so in the air and had cut the top off of a pine tree which bounced off other trees and struck the platform, bouncing Green out of the basket. We assume therefore that he had not been wearing a harness and attached lanyard. He was declared dead at the scene.

The result another tragic incident.
