New MD for SpanSet Germany
Safety harness and equipment producer SpanSet Germany has appointed Andreas Höltkemeier as managing director.
Höltkemeier will be responsible for sales, marketing, product management and logistics. He will work alongside current managing directort Hans-Josef Neunfinger, who plans to retire in the near future. He will also be responsible for day to day running of the business as a while with Patrick Schulte, who is joint managing director responsible for commercial management including manufacturing.
Höltkemeier began his career at Strenge, where he eventually became general sales manager responsible for the packaging, cleaning, lifting and lashing, and occupational safety departments. Most recently, he was managing director of Inapa Packaging in Hamburg, northern Germany.

Höltkemeier said: “I am very much looking forward to this new task and the associated challenge. It is important for me to secure SpanSet's strong position in changing markets through change and growth in order to continue to be an important partner for our customers.”
