Mammoet expands in Germany
Mammoet Germany has opened a new office in Hamburg, in order to support its efforts in northern Germany.
The new location is intended to allow the company to expand and improve its coverage and support for large projects, particularly in the region’s ports and shipyards and chemical plants, as well as decommissioning of nuclear facilities, wind farms and construction.
Hamburg is also the home base for most of Mammoet’s customers in the wind industry – both onshore and offshore. The new facility is located at Heidenkampsweg 73 in 20097 Hamburg, the official opening will take place on 13th December.

René Biernacki, commercial manager north, said: “In order to recognise and implement our customers’ constantly growing requirements in the shipping and offshore wind sectors, it is important for us to be present in the field in Northern Germany. The Hamburg location will also give us optimal market penetration and cultivation in the local petrochemical market, with a stronger focus on the increasing challenges of the global logistics industry.”
