ATN adds technical support manager

French aerial lift manufacturer ATN has appointed Markus Suttorp as technical support manager, effective from the start of February.

Suttorp joins the company from Palfinger USA, where since 2015 he has worked as an engineer based in New York. He began his career in 2004 at walking excavator manufacturer Kaiser Fahrzeugbau as an electrician. After a brief spell with Kostal electronics he rejoined Kaiser as a project engineer, leaving the company to join Palfinger two years later.

Markus Suttorp

ATN was acquired by Fassi in August, and since then it has been concentrating on rebuilding its production flows, and creating a strong product support function and team, of which this appointment is the latest step. Fassi says that it has plans to provide the resources required to make ATN a major player in the self propelled aerial lift market.
