Second LR 1500 for Dielco

US based Dielco Crane Service has taken delivery of a 500 tonne Liebherr LR 1500 crawler crane.

The crane features a maximum lift height of 165 metres, a maximum radius of 144 metres and an overall width of 9.1 metres. The crane, the second LR 1500 in the company’s fleet, has been sent to lift 190 tonne steel trusses at a multimillion dollar expansion project at a famous resort on the Las Vegas Strip.

Project manager Bill Cunningham said: “The ease of mobility and moving in and out of the job site enables us to be more competitive and help our customers make tight schedules.”

President Dave Dieleman added: “A great advantage to using Liebherr cranes is the superior quality of the machines as well as great service, great technical solutions and their engineering support for special applications.”

Established in 1988, Dielco is based in Las Vegas. The company employs 80 and runs a fleet of 80 cranes.
