Electric Valla for Norway

The Norwegian operation of specialist metals manufacturer Eramet has taken delivery of a five tonne Valla 50E DC pick & carry crane.

The 50E DC features a five metre three section telescopic boom, and can handle 800kg at full extension. The compact crane has an overall width of 1.6 metres with overall height of two metres and was delivered by UK based Valla dealer Hird. It will be used for changing components on Eramet’s three furnaces, replacing the fork trucks and boom lifts that were previously used.
