First French Leo35T plus

French rental company Joly Location has taken delivery of a 35 metre Teupen Leo35T plus spider lift, the first in France.

An upgraded version of the Leo35T, it features a five section boom plus jib, providing up to 17 metres of outreach with 300kg unrestricted platform capacity, or 13 metres with the maximum 400kg capacity. The new machine was displayed on the Teupen stand at the recent JDL exhibition in Beaune.

Chief executive Lionel Joly said: “This new telescopic platform offers the perfect compromise between the weight, the maximum platform capacity and the size of the platform, allowing two users in addition to the operator. The memory function also offers great advantages, because I can automatically return to the stowed position again. This is very useful when working on power lines.”

Joly Location is based in Couternon near Dijon and runs a fleet of mostly Ruthmann truck mounted lifts up to 90 metres and Teupen spider lifts with working heights up to 40 metres.
