500t crawler for Avtokran-Tjumen

Russian heavy lifting company Avtokran-Tjumen has taken delivery of a 500 tonne Liebherr LR 1500 crawler crane.

Ordered at Bauma, the LR 1500 has a maximum lift height of 165 metres, a maximum radius of 144 metres and an overall width of 9.1 metres. It went straight to work erecting wind turbines at the Adygeyskaya WES wind farm in the Republic of Adygea, south west Russia.

Established in 2000, Avtokran-Tjumen is based in Tyumen, southern Russia. It runs a fleet of Liebherr All Terrain and crawler cranes with capacities between 100 and 500 tonnes.
