First RT1080 for Scotland

Scottish oilfield equipment provider WellConnection IOS has taken delivery of the first 80 tonne Terex RT1080 Rough Terrain crane in the UK from newly appointed dealer Crowland Cranes - see: Crowland to distribute Terex RTs

The RT1080 - the first crane to be sold by Crowland Cranes - features a 36 metre four section main boom plus a 20 metre swingaway extension, which can be offset at zero or 20 degrees to provide a maximum 56 tip height. The crane will replace an A600 Rough Terrain crane currently in the WellConnection fleet.

Andy Cahill, Crowland Cranes sales manager, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by WELLConnection for their latest crane purchase and the fact that this is Crowland Cranes first new Terex crane delivery since our official appointment makes it extra special.”
