Dingli booms for Keppel

Singapore based industrial and shipbuilding group Keppel has taken delivery of the first batch of six 86ft Dingli BT26SRT Rough Terrain boom lifts.

The BT26SRT has a 20.2 metres of outreach and a 454kg unrestricted platform capacity the diesel powered booms include 4x4 drive, 410mm ground clearance and 50 percent gradeability, with an overall weight of 16,500kg. They will be used within the group’s shipbuilding and offshore jacket construction yards. Keppel Sea Scan is also the manufacturer’s distributor for Singapore.

Keppel Sea Scan general manager Lin Yaqing said: “Dingli’s new boom lifts have reliable quality, superior performance, and are very suitable for our shipbuilding and maintenance operations. These new boom lifts will be used in our shipyard.”
