The three axle 1055-3.1 was unveiled in 2001 as the LTM 1055/1, it became the 1055-3.1 when Liebherr changed its mobile crane nomenclature in mid-2004.
The LTM 1055-3.1 is now one of the company’s most popular models and it builds over 200 units a year. Units have been shipped ot over 60 countries around the world, with the UK, Germany and France each having over 100 at work, while Spain has more than 200.
The 1055-3.1 was the first three-axle crane to feature Liebherr’s Telematik single-cylinder telescoping system. Other features not then typical in cranes of this size include a standard tilting superstructure cab with pull-out step and fully automatic levelling.
Warylo, a family owned and run business was founded 20 years ago and is based in Stettin, Poland. In tha ttime it has built up a fleet of 50 cranes, with lifting capacities ranging from 10 to 500 tonnes.
In additon to the LTM 1055-3.1, the company also took delivery of a 550 tonne Liebherr LG 1550 lattice-tower mobile crane. The new crane is, the company claims, the largest crane in Poland.
