Fraco UK in business

Fraco, the Canadian based mast climbing manufacturer has established its own majority owned distribution business in Hampton Middlesex.

The new business, Fraco (UK) Ltd, will be headed by managing director Ken Beesley, who also owns a minority shareholding in the new business.

Fraco originally entered the UK market with Universal Sky-Platforms, then managed by Sean O’Sullivan, which established a specialist rental business in the London area.

O’Sullivan left the business around 18 month ago since when the company has had a lower profile.

In the meantime Fraco has sold a large number of mast climbers to Brogan Scaffolding the UK based international scaffolder with locations in the UK, Ireland and Lithuania.

Brogan has built up a strong mast climbing business over a relatively short period.

We understand that the UK operation will focus on servicing and supporting the existing Fraco customers in the UK as well as selling and marketing Fraco products to other rental companies and end users. However it also plans to build up its own mast climber re-rent and end user rental fleet.
