XC booms for Wemo

German rental company Wemo-Tec has taken delivery of two 45ft Genie S-45 XC boom lifts and a 135ft SX-135 XC boom lift.

The S-45 XC offers a working height of 15.5 metres and a maximum outreach of 11 metres, while the SX-135 features a working height of up to 43 metres and a maximum outreach of just over 27 metres. Both models are part of Genie’s Xtra Capacity range which offers a 300kg unrestricted platform capacity and 454kg throughout a slightly reduced working envelope.

Wemo-Tec’s Helge Jost said: “With the addition of these three new units to our aerial lift fleet, we are proud to offer customers the choice of 45 telescopic booms alone with working heights from 15 to 43 metres. Thanks to their increased platform capacity and optimised performance, we are expecting these new Genie XC models to offer new rental opportunities. They combine the benefits of increased productivity in addition to being more versatile and flexible to adapt to the specific requirements of their applications.”
