Snorkel becomes a Cat Allied Vendor

Caterpillar has appointed Snorkel as a preferred supplier under its ‘Cat Allied Vendor’ programme.

The move builds on sister company Xtreme Manufacturing’s existing relationship with Caterpillar, which joined the ‘Cat Allied Vendor’ programme in 2012. Snorkel will now be able to sell its full range of aerial work platforms, telehandlers and material lifts far more easily to Cat Rental stores throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. It will also support the Cat dealer network with dedicated demonstrations, training, spare parts, service and warranty agreements.

Snorkel/Xtreme chief executive Matthew Elvin, said: “We are excited to expand our partnership with the Caterpillar Allied Vendor programme. With Snorkel’s worldwide presence, we can easily and effectively support sales, service and spare parts from a global manufacturing and distribution network.”
