Link-Belt adds to warranty team

Link-Belt Cranes has promoted Tony Hatton to the role of warranty administrator.

In his new role, he will be responsible for processing warranty claims, submission of field reports, and assisting distributors with the e-Warranty system. He will also coordinate with district field service representatives, while working closely with the company’s quality assurance and engineering teams as well as with external suppliers.

Hatton joined Link-Belt as a hydraulic crane service technician in 2011 and after almost nine years in that role it has provided him with an in-depth knowledge and experience for his new role.
