First Swiss Ruthmann TBR 260

Swiss rental company Züger André has taken the first 26 metre Ruthmann TBR 260 truck mounted lift to be delivered in Switzerland.

Mounted on a 3.5 tonne chassis, the TBR 260 features a five section telescopic boom topped by a long jib with up to 185 degrees of articulation. Maximum outreach is 17 metres with a 100kg platform capacity over the rear of the chassis, reduced to 14.2 metres over the sides and 12.2 metres over the front. Maximum platform capacity is 295kg.

Owner Züger André, said: “Our new lift sets completely new standards. With its 295kg capacity, two people can work very well in the basket. The platform also has a sensational lateral reach of over 14 metres.”

The first TBR 260 truck mount in Switzerland

Based in Altendorf, to the south of Zürich, Züger André offers a range of access equipment, cranes and transportat services throughout Switzerland. The new TBR 260 joins a number of self-drive truck mounts in its fleet with working heights between 22 to 26 metres.
