Two Liebherrs for Emerson

UK rental company Emerson Crane Hire has taken delivery of two 90 tonne Liebherr LTM 1090-4.2 All Terrain cranes.

The four axle LTM 1090-4.2 has a 60 metre main boom, plus a 9.5 to 16 metre bi-fold swingaway extension to offer a maximum tip height of just under 80 metres. Fitted with the latest Tier V engine and the company’s ECOdrive and ECOmode systems which reduce fuel consumption and noise emiisions, the crane is able to travel on 10 or 12 tonne axle loads. It also features Liebherr’s VarioBallast variable counterweight and VarioBase outrigger systems.
