Two for 2
UK rental company 2 Cousins Powered Access has taken delivery of its first Snorkel lifts with two 38ft A38E electric boom lifts.
Part of a larger fleet investment programme, the battery powered A38E offers a maximum working height of 13.5 metres, up to 5.9 metres of outreach and a platform capacity of 215kg. The units also come with the company’s Snorkel Guard secondary guarding as standard.
Jason Prisley, managing director at 2 Cousins, said: “We were on the lookout for some new product lines to enhance our customer offering when Scott approached us with the Snorkel A38E. The A38E particularly appealed to us due to its unrivalled working height in its class and the hugely reduced turning circle. The environmental benefits of a purely electric lift with such a long duty cycle also fitted with our expectations for how the market will change and move for the future. With this order, we have not only grown the fleet whilst some are shrinking, but we have added a brand new product which has different features and benefits to our current machines. This is something we value in order to fulfil all of our customers’ requirements nationally.”

Andrew Fishburn, managing director of Snorkel UK, added: “I would like to thank Jason and Claudio for their investment into Snorkel, it’s great to see a company with such an excellent reputation putting their faith and trust into our machines and brand. The unique features of the A38E are a perfect fit to complement their current fleet, and I am sure that they will continue to receive positive feedback from their customer base.”
