UK rental company Source UK has purchased a batch of Genie material lifts.
The company selected the Superlift Advantage 15 which offers a maximum capacity of 363kg and a maximum lifting height of 4.98 metres. Weighing 151kg, it is well suited to lifting loads on suspended floors and for applications such as glass installation and for HVAC installers and builders. They were purchased though Genie dealer Access Platform Sales.
Director Steve Ottewill said: "We are always guided by customer demand and our customers like Genie material lifts. They are good quality machines and easy to use. The Genie SLA 15 covers a lot of bases for our customers which include ducting installers and construction contractors."
Linda Betts of APS added: "The Genie SLA is a rugged, high performance machine that delivers excellent return on investment for hire specialists. They are low maintenance, easy to deliver and pick up and can be put to work by hire customers with minimal instruction. Most importantly, they are very popular on many work sites."
Based in Milton Keynes, Ottewill founded Source UK in 2012. It offers a one call policy providing direct rentals from its fleet and re-renting additional equipment and services as needed, covering Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire as well as London.
