SNM to distribute Terex towers

Terex Cranes has appointed SNM (Société Nantaise de Manutention) as its official distributor for the sale and support for its top slewing and self-erecting tower cranes in France and all French overseas territories – DOM-TOMS. The company already sells Terex Rough Terrain cranes and is also a Genie dealer.

SNM was established in 1981 and distributes a wide range of access and lifting equipment, including Terex, Idrogru truck cranes, JMG pick & carry cranes, Maeda spider and mini crawlers and HSC crawler cranes. It also offers a wide range of material and port handling equipment, while its powered access lines include Genie booms, scissors and mast lifts, ATN tracked mast booms, Movex van mounted lifts and Oil & Steel spider and truck mounted platforms. Its telehandler offerings include Genie fixed frame and rotating telehandlers and Hyster reachstackers.

The company currently operates from five locations in France, which include Nantes, Rouen, Paris, Bordeaux and Lyon. It also regularly exports equipment to the Middle East and Africa. It will launch the new agreement with the display of a Terex CBR 24 self-erecting tower crane at this week’s JDL show in Beaune, where it will feature alongside an 80 tonne Terex RT 1080L Rough Terrain crane.

SNM will show a Terex self-erector at JDL this week
