Tree care fatality

A man cutting trees from the platform of a bucket truck fell to his death on Sunday in Sioux City, Iowa

The man was said to be working at a height of around 10 metres when he fell out of the platform. Fire and rescue officials say that he was not wearing a harness at the time. He was taken to hospital but died from the injuries sustained sometime later.
