Dromad adds more spiders

Irish rental company Dromad Hire has taken delivery of three new Hinowa Lightlift spider lifts from UK/Ireland distributor Access Platform Sales (APS).

The order includes a 26 metre Lightlift 26.14, which offers up to 13.6 metres of outreach, plus two 20 metre Lightlift 20.10s which offer an outreach of 9.7 metres with an up and over height of 8.5 metres. Both models, which feature a 230kg unrestricted platform capacity, join the company’s fleet of bi-energy and lithium powered Hinowa spider lifts with working heights from 15 to 26 metres.
Dromad has added a further three Hinowa spider lifts to its fleet

Dromad Hire managing director Seamus Byrne, said: “The versatility of Hinowa spider lifts, and their ability to operate in highly constrained environments make them key products in our fleet. They can do things other platforms like standard boom lifts and scissor lifts cannot do. On top of that, they’re exceptionally reliable, robust and easy to operate, making them hugely popular with our customers.”
All three units include both diesel or 110 volt AC power sources

Established in 1988, Dromad runs a fleet of aerial lifts and telehandlers as well as general construction equipment and tools from locations in Dublin and Dundalk.
