Bronto twins for MAS

UK specialist rental company MAS has taken delivery of two 56 metre Bronto S56XR truck mounted platforms.

The new platforms feature a four section boom topped by a long two section articulated jib, offering up to 41 metres of outreach with 120kg or 37.5 metres with 360kg. Maximum platform capacity of 700kg is available with an outreach of 33 metres. It can also reach more than 10 metres below ground level. Mounted on three axle 26 tonne Volvo FM chassis, the offer overall lengths of 11.9 metres.

The two new Bronto platforms arrive

Operations director Neil Lawrence said: ”Our truck mounted rehire spend has been many millions UK wide since 2017, so this was always our plan to eventually invest in our own units.
