Malthus buys Liftbolaget

While no formal release has yet been issued, we understand that Liftbolaget the aerial lift sales and distribution company with locations in Gävle and Falkenberg Sweden has been acquired by the Norwegian rental and sales company, Malthus.

Liftbolaget distributes Versalift, Iteco, Omme, Pagliero-Multitel, Unic mini Cranes and Kesla self propelled booms as well as range of outrigger mats and pads and spare parts.

Malthus which is based in Stavanger and is locally owned, has revenues of around NK550 million (€66 million) It offers a wide range of products but is particularly strong in portable cabins/temporary accommodation and aerial lifts.
